1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal player account you create to access sond4d services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on sports events, casino games, lottery draws, or other gaming products offered by sond4d.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives provided by sond4d subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification documents.

3. Eligibility Requirements

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide the following information: full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah is the default). All information must be accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold only one Account with sond4d. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and confiscation of any winnings or balances. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to another person.

4.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, we require all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You must submit a clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport, along with a selfie holding the same document. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete, typically within 24 hours of submission.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are liable for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via email or live chat. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to protect your login information.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Sond4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier, ranging from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for VIP Diamond and Black Diamond members upon request.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours. We do not charge any fees for deposits, although your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal or illegal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, provided that you have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements (particularly for bonus funds). Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in your legal name matching your KYC documents.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, with a maximum of three withdrawal requests per day. VIP Gold members receive higher limits (Rp 75,000,000 per transaction), and VIP Diamond members enjoy limits up to Rp 200,000,000 per transaction with no daily request limits.

6.3 Processing Time

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB), subject to security checks. VIP members receive priority processing, with Gold tier and above enjoying instant approval. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to enhanced security verification.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. This means the total amount wagered must equal or exceed the deposit amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 deposit requires at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets placed before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw unplayed funds may result in a 10% processing fee or account review.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

Sond4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiration dates, and eligible game restrictions. You must read and accept the specific bonus terms before claiming any promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for sports betting bonuses is 5x on odds of 1.50 or higher; for casino bonuses, it is 8x. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 casino bonus requires Rp 8,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and any winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino games 20%, and sports bets below 1.50 odds contribute 0%.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using software to gain an unfair advantage, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, voiding of related winnings, and possible account closure.

7.4 Bonus Restrictions

Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any time. You may not combine multiple promotions. Bonuses are for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred to another player. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by sond4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or odds discrepancies. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history, it is considered final and cannot be canceled unless the underlying event is canceled or postponed.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated in the market description. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and other special conditions only count if explicitly included in the market. For bandar bola (football bookmaking) and mix parlay (accumulator bets), all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If one or more selections are voided due to cancellation, the parlay is recalculated based on remaining selections.

8.3 Live Casino and RNG Games

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are conducted by live dealers from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Disconnections during live games are handled according to the specific game provider's rules, typically resulting in auto-play or voiding the round with a refund.

8.4 Togel and Lottery Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted at scheduled times and results are based on official lottery outcomes. Bets are accepted until the draw closes, after which no further bets are permitted. Winnings are calculated based on the payout odds displayed at the time of bet placement and are credited to your Account immediately after the draw is verified.

8.5 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, palpable errors in event information, or system malfunctions, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If winnings have already been paid out due to an error, we retain the right to deduct the erroneous amount from your Account balance.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, identity theft, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, using bots or automated software, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or employing any unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using sond4d services to launder proceeds from illegal activities, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or conducting transactions that have no genuine gaming purpose.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other form of promotion exploitation.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors under the age of 21 to access or use your Account, or creating an Account using false age information.
• Offensive Behavior: Using abusive or threatening language toward customer support or other players, transmitting harmful content, or engaging in harassment.
• Commercial Use: Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including but not limited to operating a business, reselling services, or professional gambling syndicates.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sond4d, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings due to technical failures, system downtime, or errors.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Losses incurred due to gambling activities or poor betting decisions.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Errors or omissions in content, odds, or game results, provided that we take reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the three months preceding the claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by Sond4d

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. During suspension, your Account balance will be frozen pending investigation.

11.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to self-exclude due to problem gambling concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for information on cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days) and permanent self-exclusion options (6 months to 5 years). Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. After 18 months of inactivity, we reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. You will receive email notification 30 days before any fee is applied. To prevent inactivity fees, simply log in to your Account at least once per year.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sond4d is licensed to operate. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our customer support team via email or live chat. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue amicably within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, details of which will be provided upon request.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes with sond4d on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits, collective arbitrations, or any other representative proceedings against us.
